Hi guys:

I am heading to Morris Island around 4:30 pm Friday evening 6/1/01. Can anyone tell me or point me to a tide table? What will be the tide at the light at sun up tomorrow morning?

Thanks,
Craig

GOTO NOREAST.COM OR MONOMOYISLANDFERRY.COM, ON THESE WEBSITES THEY HAVE TIDE TABLES FOR NEW ENGLAND AND WEATHER FORCASTS. I PRINT-OUT THE WHOLE MONTH FROM THE MONOMOY SITE FOR EASY USE. GGOD LUCK AND TIGHT LINES

Craig.. I will be down at CAC about 8 or 9.. will be leaving right after work or a little later to let the traffic die down.. drop by Friday eve and if you are planning on staying over you can crash at CAC. My family is not going down because of the weather forcast.

For M/I tides use Stage Harbor. Maineharbors is a good choice, so is the link at the top of FlyTalk! Weather too.

The tide charting available above provides a much broader range of areas and offers choices for graphical charting that shows progression of tide levels over time, etc. It is based on software that is used by many other programs, probably Maineharbors too (unconfirmed).

The weather is based on intellicast, which give great weather including WIND.
A freeware program I use is WXtides. It allows you to cover a large area, and print out customized tables.
AWESOME Windows App John!

Turns out that both WXTides and WWW.Tide predictor (FlyTalk link) use the XTIDES app from Dave Flater as a back end. This guy Dave sounds like a cool guy.

The front end on the WXTide app you point out is unbelievable!

Definitely a hot find, nice work holmes!
