It may be the winter doldrums messing with my brain but, permit?

I don't think it's a spanish, the tail is right yes but the body is too wide and look at the dorsal. I would go with Permit or a Jack.

Good point Nate, but the optics of the water cause that aberration. I'm sticking with Spanish because as a good sleuth I right mouse clicked on the image to reveal the name of "91100-10.jpg" and I beleive Mr. Sully always uses this dating system on his photos. That puts him smack dab in the middle of the BONECLAVE!!!! Gotcha! (but it could be an Albie too). Naw I'm sticking with Spanish.
