I may have found a nice motor that would work out really well if you want to make a small rotating wheel that will aid in the quest for symmetrical epoxy flies. The motor is small and I think that it would be happier if it was driving a small/light load such as a styrofoam wheel. Good enough for me. I only dry 4 or so flies at a time.

These are really geared reduction motors, but much smaller and of lower power. Often used to operate cams and switches in electrical circuits, or to drive displays, they can generally be operated in continuous applications if not heavily loaded. Most are about 2" dia. x 1-1/2" thick. Remember CW means “Clockwise” and CCW “Counterclockwise” looking at the shaft.

I bought four of these motors and after I dish out a few to family members (and yes, you too borkowski) I may have one or 2 left over. I would be happy to donate any left-overs to forum members. I will let you know if the motors work out. They should arrive at my place in 10 days or so. They are rated for continuous operation which is a plus...and you cannot beat the price.
