Thought you would be please to know that I took a break from my standard jumbo herring pattern down in Vineyard Sound and caught a just legal fish on your squid pattern from the winter fly swap. While that is just a schoolie after all these Chatham reports, I was pleased none-the-less...

Not too surprising!

I was almost ready to guarntee that they would catch at least one striper in excess of 45" but, it looks like someone else beat you to it!

Glad you're having fun, did the fly survive the ordeal?
