I've looked all over the web for information but have been coming up a little empty handed. Does anyone have first hand experience with the DIY bonefish/permit/tarpon opportunities in the BVI's? I've herd a lot about Anegada but I'm curious if there are flats on Tortola or Virgin Gorda. Any help would be appreciated.
