Antioxidants and Ginseng w/ zero cals
Arizona brand diet Green Tea w/ ginseng has been a huge part of my recent fitness regimen (2 pounds off my high school weight) and with all the negatives I've been reading/hearing about diet soda lately I've cut that down to an occasional one vs. used to drink several diet cokes per day. Great after a workout!
http://www.drinkarizona.com/#product_diet_green_ginseng hyperlink - tea is not an industry related topic $2.99 for the GALLON jug at supermarkets and drug stores. I admit I have a selfish interest in this - if people buy a lot they'll keep making it (I hate when a good product gets discontinued)

Thanks for the tip....
Always looking for different ways to help myself keep the weight down...
Over the last year I dropped over 30 lbs.... Just started counting every calorie I consumed....for years I could not lose weight even when walking a lot.... but when I started counting calories and tried to keep it down to around 1500 calories per day I started dropping and its been easier than I thought.. Sometimes I plateau and as I stated before always looking for good tasting foods that are good for me but meet the low cal test... Any more suggestions appreciated....
