Interesting story from Seattle
This is an interesting story on the effects of stormwater runoff on Salmon in urban creeks. Researchers found that urban runoff can apparently be acutely toxic to salmon. It's an important bit of work in that it confirms the obvious, and should lead to more badly needed research on this topic.

No surprise -
Any chemist or biologist worth their salt can tell you of the toxicity of storm water runoff. This should come as no surprise to anyone (except the politicians and lawmakers!)

May I ask you what made you so upset about politicians that you took the time to write the whole sheet? Is that something personal or a general observation about the situation in the country? Where are you coming from? Actually, I am of the same opinion as you are, read more here. So we may create some new thread for a lively discussion and voting as I see this one is very quiet. How do you like this idea?
