First Attempt

Just finished moving my tying stuff to new digs, no more tiny room in the basement. Here`s my first attempt at a Featherbrain, the master1s on top and my meager try at duplication on bottom.

John, it sounds like you're reviewing a wine..."nice nose"..."nice body".

Steve, keep this up and you'll be Meistering a Feathebrain swap...Hmm...would that make you the Meister-Slinger?

Sorry...it's way too cold here in Joisey.

Best regards,

-Doc

Doc, when you get a close up look at one of John`s creations you`ll see why I say this is gonna be the next gotta have fly. The one I did was on a size 1 Veravas 990s, in the small sizes I think it`s a killer. Gotta do some on 4/0, about 6 ins. long. Alewives only 60 days off.

Steve,

You are so right! I'm thinking of making a pilgrimage to the CAC to learn at the foot of the Master, so to speak. I need to see it done as well as read about it.

Alewives only 60 days off, huh? Tell me where and when and I'll be there with a box of flatwings for us to test. As an ice-breaker, it sounds like a winner to me!

Best regards,

-Doc
