Jolly good show!

First time I've seen this one; lots of 'lost time' reading will go on in there.

Guys,

My very good and dear friend, Bob Arnold, got me a gift subscription to this particular magazine for the volume 4 year of it. My wife was very disappointed that it was no longer produced, I think she looked forward to getting it more than I did. I remained a subcriber until it was decided that Volume 11 would be the last one produced and that it would be made available as a web resource.

There is a lot of very good, solid information on tying full-dressed featherwings and materials for same in it. The info in "The Salmon Flyer" would help a person become a better tyer, regardless of whether s/he ties full-dress feather wings of not. I never thought to create a thread about the "Salmon Flyer" because I assumed that others already knew about it, my mistake.
