"The Bomb" Flatwing

Here is a flatwing base on the color scheme of the "bomber" plug that is so great for stripers.

Platform:White bucktail
Pillow:red
Support:White neck hackle
Tail: White, purple, black saddle.Pearl,purple,blue flash.
Body:Pearl braid
Collar: White bottom,purple sides.
Wing: Black
Cheeks: Red,chartruse 3 hairs each
Eyes: Jungle cock

I was trying to figure out how to get some of your great flies and I figured it out...I or someone should start a flatwing swap.

The Bomb Flatwing

John and Mike,

At the risk of being a bit out of my depth (pardon the pun), I would be happy to organize a flatwing swap if you really think there is enough interest. Do you see it as running after the shrimp-swap or concurrently with it?

BTW: Love the "Bomber" Tying one right now!

I can do that.. two going at once..ok with me.. by the way where is Joe..is he having computer troubles..I have not heard from him..I hope he got his flies. Also, we don't need a ton of people ..we can just run it like the others. Should I begin the broadcasts?

Joe is having puter probs. Said he is unable to post right now.
I guess you can broadcast away.
I think we should do a 3 feather flatwing. Color could be whatever everyone wants to do.
Should we pick a length? I like 3 feathers in about 5-6". That should be easy for everyone.
