Just parts of them

Why is it when a emergency closure comes out everybody thinks that those rivers mentioned are closed. They are only closing a small part of each river and it's just around the hatcherys. I've read the same thing on a few web sites and they all think that the entire rivers mentioned are closed.

I for one am glad to see the closures at the hatchery areas. there have been no fish returning to them and I felt they should have been closed before Christmas.

Old Man,

As to people jumping to conclusions and assuming that the whole river is closed instead of just the hatchery area, it will keep the meat fishermen off the river. Meaning the rest of us will have a more enjoyable time fishing.
