Need strippers wrapped

When George, the proprietor of Murats, retired , the last of the custom rod repair shops in my area disapeered. I just bouhgt a 9 1/2 ft. 10 wt. rod, but the strippers are a little on the small side. I`d like to get them replaced before the season begins, but don`t know where to start looking. Any good rod wrappers in RI or nearby?

Try Dave Loren when you see him at the Rhody Fly meetings. Another alternative... Bucko's in Fall River on Stafford Road. Give him a call first.

If you can't find them in RI call our sponsor Smitty at Rod Builder's Workshop http://rodbuildersworkshop.com in Kingston MA not too far from the RI border.

He has, or can get anything in rod building.
