Rip Trip List - Preliminary

Great that this is coming together, and many thanks for the efforts to get it organized.

Can any of the Rip Trip veterans make suggestions on gear and flies? It's a long way from Joisey, and I don't want to forget anything.

Let's see...Foreign Legion kepi...desert boots...multiple canteens...

Best regards,

-Doc

SORRY

I have to back out of that weekend I was betting on the 5th & 6th, but thanks for putting it together anyhow.

I'll be in Waltham 9/30-10/4 and was hoping it would come together for that weekend.

I'll probably get down on the 5th anyway. Pete said he may be around Friday night and I could bunk there.

Unhappy

John, I'm in the same boat. Looks like I got to do familly things that week-end. But I'm good for the 5th as well as Chris if that's o.k. with the soon to be second-in-command at Area 61

...5/6 Oct...

Chris...Adrian...
I should be returning to Area 61 by 1900 on 4 Oct.
There is room in the "VOQ" (Visiting Officers Quarters).
It would help if you can bring a sleeping bag since the maid service has been drastically cut back due to budgetary constraints. BYOB.

Rip Trip List - Preliminary

Adrian, and Pete,

Sorry to miss you on this trip. Hope you do well the weekend of the 5th.

John (and anybody else),

Suggestions on reasonable places to stay in the area? Budget is an issue, but would prefer not to have a long drive cutting in to what's important...fishing time!

Looking forward to this!

Best regards,

-Doc

Just a couple points...If we can get a group for the 5 or 6th ...let me know ... We can put a trip together for those who can't make the later date...I just could not make it...but I am sure Keith would go...if we can put 12 guys together for the 5th or 6th...Doc ,you can stay at CAC or Pete maybe able to put you up at Yac. Don't worry about that.....

5th or 6th folk out there?

I can make it for the 5th or 6th if the preriptrip is a possibility. The 13th is getting shaky for me, but I can still make the 12th.

John

5th or 6th is good for me too and hopefully Chris and Hon. Penguin since we should all be on the Cape that week-end.

Any more for 5th / 6th - "rally! rally! rally!"
