Norwalk, CT weekend shore access for an out-of-stater?

Any of you nutmeg staters have some advice for where a visitor from MA may be able to chase some striped ones from shore? Friend is headed for Norwalk, CT for a Saturday wedding and has all day Friday to kill (tough, I know).

Not looking for secret spots (though I'm sure he'd appreciate the gps coordinates for that certain honey hole...), really looking for parking/access advice.

THANKS!

It's not a temporal rift, Adrian.....you're just subconciously prepping yourself to be used to the European time difference.
