Opening a store

Hey all,

I'm a newbie to this forum and I must say this is the best fly fishing destination I have found yet. Anyway I'm working on an online store I will be launching here in a couple of months, and I am interested in donating 5% of sales to Trout Unlimited. Has anyone has any experience with this organization? Is this a good cause or should I be looking somewhere else to donate? Any help would be great.

Thanks
Will Mullis

TU is a great organization as is CCA either one has done great things for fish and fish habitat. You can't go wrong either way.

Thumbs up

I have to admit to some prejudice as a past president of a TU chapter, but I think it is a great organization working on all it can to ensure that our kids' kids get to continue to enjoy this fishing game. I would endorse your supporting them.

What would you guys suggest in terms of products to carry in the store. Instead of gear I'm mostly going to be carrying "gift" type items...prints,books,etc. Any suggestion?
