Beaverkill & Willowemoc Area

I'm going to be in the small town of Rosco NY, not far from the Catskill Fly Fishing Center & Museum, the Beaverkill and the Willowemoc at the end June.

Was hoping someone can offer suggestions as to the type of flies I should have, access areas and any other useful tidbits one might share.

As always, your help is appreciated.

No problem, but if you are staying in Roscoe that is where the Little Beaverkill and Willowemuc rivers meet at Junction Pool and forms the Big Beaverkill. The rivers go right through downtown. No problem finding good water at all. To much good water.

One of my favorites was Hendrickson pool see the picture in the URL and Horse Brook run just below Hendricksons. Great water for fly fishing.

June is still good there. With the drought though in the North east it could severly impact the fishing quality.

Private message me for more detail, I will give you may favorite spots which I have not mentioned above.
