Lightbulb Accomodation Recommendations?

I'm looking to send someone down to the Chatham area for a weekend getaway. A gift.

I want to book the best accomodations Chatham or any of the surrounding towns has to offer.

Any suggestions?

Chatham Bars Inn, but be ready for the bill! If you don't need 'the best' there are options.

The Wequasett is nice but if they want to be able to walk into town the Chatham Bars is the place... there are substantial off season rates as well.

Chatham Bars Inn has my vote. Been there a few times and I'll go back again... They can be a tad on the snobby sometimes depending on the crowd you are with. That's the only thing that has ever bothered me there...

Jeff,
Wife & I stayed at the Captain's House Inn in Chatham last April. Terrific accomodations; superb service. Bit pricey, but worth it.

Ask for the Salt Box. It'll cost less than CBI and is much more, ummm... romantic.
