OTT natural light lamp

For all you fly-tying gear junkies out there, came across an add in last Sunday's NY Times review of books for an OTT floor lamp. I seem to recall that all the fly fishing catalogues sell the table model for around $170. Ad in Times was $99 for the floor version. Just in case anyone's interested. I've had a chance to use one (though not for fly tying) and it is quite nice.

Re: OTT natural light lamp

FYI - in addition to the floor lamp mentioned, tabletop version = $29 @ costco. I bought one, very nice. I'll go look at the website for the floor model...

Ott-Lites

Juro,
Did you really find a desktop OTT-LITE at Costco for $29?

Running out the door if you answer yes!

I sure did, and it's great. I use it when I am working at the desk as well as tying, it's a nice natural light to work in. It does tend to heat up a little and I wonder if that will shorten bulb life, but overall you can't beat the price.

I do not own Costco stock or have any promotional relationship with them.

Hey wait a minute... why don't I?
