GB: "No Joy" on the url.

Looks like it also includes your e mail address?? And whatever else.... this is not a 'dorm cam' site is it?

Hi GB -

Thanks for trying to post a pic of the Rogue, with this ice storm we're getting out here I could sure use it.

To post a pic there are two ways to go:

a) use the IMG button and type in a URL, that is something that starts with http:// like a webpage. Any pic you look at thru the browser falls into that category

b) attach an image from your computer. In this case the image has to be a jpeg or gif file and it can't be a huge full screen pic.

To use method (a) do the following - call it up in your browser. Look at the stuff that appears in the Address [] box. Click on that text and it will turn black highlighted. Now hit the right mouse button and select "Copy". Come back to FlyTalk and start a new message. Click on [IMG] and paste what you copied into the popup window.

To use method (b) start a new message, and under the text box you will see "Attach file:" Browse to the picture on your computer using the [Browse...] button.

Hope that helped.

Juro

"GB" still No Joy on seeing the photo

all I get is a site suggesting I sign up for "hotmail." No down load, picture(s) etc.

Being the photo (from your post) was taken in the Shady Cove area (about 15 miles upstream from Medford) are you a local resident now? Or was this 'vacation time?' Ask in the referrence that 'home rivers' are still listed as the Sandy and Clak.

It does not work for me either.

Want to see some pictures of the Rogue soon other than those in my fly fishing journals.

That will surely get me to burn those frequent flyer miles sooner rather than later also

Darn it, I've got to get better at computers. Fred, I'll try emailing it to you. I still live close to Portland. This was a September vacation a few years ago.

GBS - you definitely get the gold medal for stick-to-itiveness! You can email me the pic and I'll be happy to post it.
