Jeff -

To attach a picture, there are two ways to go:

a) use the attach picture option at the bottom of the post window and browse to the picture on your hard drive. Select it and post

b) use the IMG tags to point to a URL where the image already lives

To test whether you are browsing to the right file, try it first in your windows explorer tool (if you are running a pc). If you double click on it and it pops up, thats the right file to choose.

To test whether the URL is correct, type it into the address bar of the browser and if it appears that's the right URL.

Dying to see the picture!

Try, try again (and again)

This is my last shot.

Attach image button not available when editing posts.

Roop -

Try a jpeg or gif file instead of a bmp file?

Sorry for the crummy quality. This is the worst (quality) photo I've taken.

It's Juro, in Chatham, 2 springs ago.

The end of a great day - it's rare to catch him on the water when the moon comes up so I had to take the picture...

I knew right away but held back... my journal would have probably read:

"First outing of the year, scouting on the weekend before the spring clave. Roop and I 4x4'ed into the backside of Stage. Found the fishing hot. Nice fish on the west bar on the flood, nice fish in the deep holes on the run where they keep the weir poles (drag marks).

We are stripping the fly very differently. One of us is hooking fish after fish. Then Jeff breaks out the wupping stick using the pince of tides on the inner flat, landing a very nice spring striper, the best fish of the day.

Near twilight, I come back to the one little lonely rockpile on the entire sandy inlet where I started that day. In the twilight I see some nice sized fish pulling into the ebb of the rocks, so close I could hit them with the rod and barely visible. Flip the fly out, twitch, BANG! Out goes the flyline.

A great day from start to finish, on to the spring clave!"

Terry, this was the year of the famous Bass River clave if I am not mistaken. Thanks again for that BTW. Roop thanks for the memory... if I am in fact correct in that information.
