Good news for DIY anglers on Acklins

Good news for DIY anglers on Acklins who like to cook their own meals!

Ivels is offering to pre-order food for guests who like to save a little $ and do some or all of the cooking on their own. Anglers staying in the bonefish suite (party of 3-4) have a full kitchen, while anglers staying in one of their suites (party of 1-2) have a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kitchen sink and coffee maker. An outdoor bbq grill is also available for guests to use. Plates and utensils are provided.

Ordering food ahead of time in this manner is very cost effective and will save budget conscious anglers quite a bit! The food is flown in on Bahamasair, and not brought in on the mailboat, which is notoriously late! Payment can be made at Ivels with your credit card upon arrival.

Below is a sample invoice from a recent order. As you can see the prices are very reasonable, especially when compared with purchasing food in the stores.

The only bad news is that you can't get Kalik beer! You'll have to buy the Kaliks on Acklins.
