yeah I work in DC and it's upsetting to see how small the fish are that they can keep down here. That first fish had a tag meaning it's wild caught, maybe the other was farm raised? Probably not. 18" is a joke. They do it because the chesapeake doesn't have many cows once they head up to our neck of the woods so this gives people something to keep which is insane to me. You see so many report of people with "keepers" that are under 20".
