How about this... we focus our study on perfect habitat for them. Then build a plover motel off to the side of the road Works for other bird species...

Unfortunately we've been blaming the wrong species for all the b/s that's been happening to the beach access.It's the Humans that have created all this crap.Not the birds.Wait till the new word gets interpreted involving the birds.The new buzzword to be used is "STAGING".This is going to be used in the late summer and fall.The present buzzword "TAKE" protects arriving,nesting,breeding,and fledging of the young.Next year this is going to surface.
