Great pre-work workout at Monomoy today

First cast fish (below) followed by a steady stream of shorts, overall 2 about 30" in the mix. It shut down around 8am, but I had to get to work anyway

(I suspect things got good again once the tide got ripping and the bait gets pushed around)

The best way to display a fly, in the mouth of a fish. Hope there are lots more like that.

No DNA in my spring version of the deep eel. BIG, bright and durable is the way I go in May.

If I can ever shake these 12 hour work days I'll tie some patterns I only have scribbled out on paper right now and get the field testing cycle started

Might as well lose my shirt. Supreme hair then or and the finer version. Can't remember the name now. Fly does look pretty translucent. Good enough to catch a pretty fish.
