Gary. Email me though the forum your cell. We would have 5 now..I think with the small boat it cost 360. I think...I will have the final count confirming the 5 tonite...that is 360 divided by 5.....less than a round of golf on the Cape. I will speak with Keith after 6 tonite for a final weather look...and if a go....be at the refuge by 6:30 with a prompt departure at 7...pick up about 5 or 5:30...still space for one more.

We did not go...decided not to go with four and the weather was and did go south at about 2:30 so Keith thought it best not to go as well...so we went to another ferry destination and are glad we did. Thats it...beach empty....no one goes there anymore....lucky us.

I did SB on foot Saturday. First time down there in a long time. Lots of bird activity with fish breaking underneath down South of where the "guzzle" used to be.

By the time I got there, the fog rolled in which pretty much shut down any chance of a shot. I'm guessing bluefish but sight-fishing in late July would have been cool. Also, large pods of peanut bunker about 1" long which was nice to see.

The eel grass has been more than steadilly growing this past few seasons....

There have been big blues (and I am sure bass) working the bait on SB around the corner from the lighthouse for the past couple of weeks. Bring wire and when they make landfall you'll have fun. Seals are spread out down there and seem to be grouped inside the inlet lately... dum dum dum dum dum dum dum dum
