Weather!

The weather forecasts kept me in but I shoulda donned my rain gear and went anyway. Well at least I got something done.

Nice work! Looks like the north shore colors are a little different than what I normally use. I need to do some more tying. I've got 3 boxes full of flies but no clousers or deceivers..

For what it is worth my best flies between May 22nd and june 6th were medium density tied Chartreuss Clousers especially effective in inlets and on the Rip Trip. I tye with the 5/32 real eyes and on size 1 and 1/0 Diachi Hooks Bucktail is my preffered material.
At night my big black BT Deceivers did ok. I had enough Deceivers but not enough Clousers in Chartreusse. The Clouser worked great on the Bay side flats to.

I'd almost forgotten to fish chatreuse flies, olive having been to go to for years, but there's no doubt that this year they are hoovering them . Though I have found the sparser the better.
