Fish check

I will be arriving at the cape(Orleans) on Friday, I'm wondering if there are any fish up on the flats of Monomoy, also has anyone checked out Nauset marsh and inlet?

Yes

The answer to your questions is yes. You can find fish in the Marsh, Pleasant Bay, Cape Cod Bay flats and Monomoy Flats. Some spots are better than others but that can vary from day to day as the fish are still moving.

I have fished every day since last Thursday, mostly from shore, and have caught fish every day even though I only fish for an hour or two a day. Fish have been mixed sizes up to the mid thirtys (inches, not pounds).

The fishing should only get better for the next couple of weeks. Good luck.

Dan

The area is being invaded right now. I've been able to stumble onto good fish even when doing something else with a rod along "just in case". As Redfisher points out, just gotta find them because they are really moving.
