Westfield River report

Hi all, Western MA has been fishing extremely well for me and a few others I fish with despite the heat! It has been a very good summer thus far numbers wise!

A few photos of some fly fishing we have done and the trout we caught in MA. Def willing to share a few spots through PMs.

A few rainbows I caught recently.

My bro Tristan with a few.

My friend Jesse with a couple nice ones.

It's been too long since I went out to the WF. I believe I also read that it was an CT River atlantic salmon trib back in the day.

Hi Juro, thats what I have heard too. There are some salmon in the portion that I fish and have caught a few of the juvenile salmon, def exciting to hear about and see. Spunky little guys for sure! It's been hot both literally and from a fishing perspective, it would be a worthwhile trip. Can't wait for the fall when it cools down a bit and the browns and brookies are in spawning form!
