Memorial Day on The Deschutes

Hey,

Did anyone get after the Redsides this long weekend? The salmon fly nymphs should be making their way to shore and embodying, metaphorically, prime rib for the resident trout. With the warm weather, the salmon flies should be hatching on the lower twenty-five miles. Wish I were there.

Inquiring minds, and all.

Eric,

How are you? I'm going to be up on the Deschutes for 2 or 3 weeks in late August and early September. Neal, Juro and I are going to talk about our plans this weekend at the clave. Hopefully we can all fish again this fall.

David

Hey, Dave,

I'm fine.

Early September would work for me.

Cheers,

Eric

Eric,

I heard the big bugs were starting to show a couple of weeks ago in the Mack's area.
