RIO Sinking Outbound

Has anyone noticed a difference in turnover capabilitys of type III, VI, and VIII? Looking at an 11wt line. My 15' RIO tips change in diameter considerably, the type 8 seems kinda 'fine' compared to the type 3 or 6

Appreciate any input. SG
