That time of year might be getting into the night fishing game....I say "might" because things seem to be running late everywhere this year. For wade fishing, I recommend Winslow Park in Freeport. It has some mud flats that can be waded on a dropping tide and the channel of the river (I believe it's the Cousins or Harraseeket) in front of the beach. Low light and dropping tide.

If you want to go further away from Freeport, you can find fish at Pine Point or Higgins Beach in Scarborough....fish the same conditions as decribed above at the estuary mouths. There's also plenty of cliff fishing in the state parks around Cape Elizabeth.
