Riviera Maya

I will be taking my family on vacation over April School break. Staying at Iberostar Paraiso Maya. Looking to do some Bonefishing, one day with a guide and the rest of the time on my own. Any recommendations regarding guides and or areas to go would be greatly appreciated.
