Tuna Dinner.....YUM!

Grilled Bluefin tuna with Dijon Mustard glaze, Grilled Scallops & Shrimp, Fresh Green Beans, and pasta with a glass of Cabernet...........!!! It just doesn't taste better than this! And it doesn't get too much cheaper either I couldn't afford this if we went out to eat that's for sure!!!

Nice. You may also want to try this one:

Wasabi Mayo:

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup hellman's mayo
2 tbsp wasabi powder (make paste first)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Fire up a dry pan on the stove and toast some seasame seeds on low heat

Chop up some scallions

Sear your tuna steak with a little salt and pepper.

Drizzle the chilled wasabi mayo over the top

Sprinkle with toasted seasame seeds and the fresh chopped scallions

You will dig it!

Oh, the wonderful illusions we fishers live with. Like my personally caught and killed fish probably cost me somewhere in the neighborhood of $5000/lb (even that's probably low), I wonder what this one really cost.

You are absolutely correct it cost more than I want to really admit but I was just commenting on how much a meal like that would cost if you went out to dinner to have it. In reality that fish probably cost me in the neighborhood of $600-800 when all was said and done but I would do it again and next time it will be cheaper as i have the 15 wt. now, new reel, line, jigs for the conventional gear etc. Next time should only be food and gas! ONLY????? Yeh right!...............
