Shad time

Caught my first Connecticut River Shad of the season today. Man its been a long years wait for them to return. I can't fish tomorrow but Thursday here I come. Sorry no picks but my camera is in Rome with my son.

I'm fishing in the Turners Falls area. There have been fish south of here for a few weeks but they are just arriving here.
