Fish got tails....

Thats why sometimes they move. Had to work today and for 6 out of the next 7. A very reliable source called to tell me that he got out early today and didn't find any in all the spots where we been hammerin them for the last few days, and the tide was allmost perfect. I thought it might hold up for a few more days. NOw I`ll have to start from scratch the next time out. If he had more time I'm sure he would have found them, they sure didn`t leave, but when you only have a couple of hours a little luck never hurts.

Steve, we searched in vain till 1:00 pm, Found schools of unmolested bait fish, Pogies I think. Not a Bass in the mix. Birds left about 8:30 or so & the sky was clear. Of course I don't know the Bay like you guys, But I do know a few spots & what to look for in general. They had to be someplace, but where was a mystery
