learning spey

Fished the milwaukee resterday with Heron. He was teaching me to cast a spey rod and we had a good time but no fish. There are some in the river but not a whole lot and with the cold water they arent moving too much.

hes doing good. He guides through the shop i work at and thats how i met him. great guy and very clever when it comes to tying as well. He told me that he fished with you and several others here. He is a plethora of knowledge that i plan to use as much as possible.
