Exclamation Heading East....,

Hi Guys,
After the better part of 30 years of residing on the Left Coast..., and beyond, the Rooster is moving back east.
I've accepted a job that will be moving me to Greensboro, NC sometime before mid January.
I am pretty stoked about it and looking forward to learning the NC Coast and being close to the Cape, again.
The new position will have all of New England in my area .., so I figure I won't be missing any more claves and am looking forward to hitting the flats in Barnstable County on a pretty regular basis.
Look forward to re-aquinting myself with all the Forum buddies and smelling the salt air on a regular basis.
I'll keep you all posted on the move and new address.
Cheers,
DK
PS. Adrian...., you will be happy to know that I will be bringing several cases of the final "Winterhawk" red wine vintage with me!

Phew, that's a relief

Will the rest of the gang be keeping the Chateau Rooster vintage in production whilst you are on this side on the Continental Divide?

Looking forward to seeing a bit more of you on the water!

There are a few East Coast spots between your new location and the Cape that I'd be happy to show you.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the kind remarks.
I look forward to the move, it will probably occur between Xmas and 1/15. Gordon, hopefully the specks and reds will still be there this spring and Adrian- Walt and what is left of my "un-united farm worker" buddies will still try to kick out a decent red wine product. I am quite sure they will bring some to the clave next May.
I had a few pretty awesome days last week in South Dakota with my oldest, Dan and a few friends. Limits of roosters (pheasants...,) everyday and one unlucky sharptail.
Look forward to seeing you guys again.
Cheers,
DK
PS. Adrian- can you PM me your cell #? I will be in CT in Dec.
