Fishfinder Humminbird Matrix 27

Just getting around to posting this after a busy summer. Replaced a fully functioning and in great condition Humminbird Matrix 27 Fishfinder on my boat. I've got all the parts (maybe not the SS mounting screws) and the original box. Worked great, just replaced it with a color one. $150 or best offer, I'll pay shipping...see specs below:
