Steelhead Devil

Hi guys. I want to show you one of the most productive pattern to chilean Steelheads. It's very simple too.

See you,

Very interesting fly Patagonian, and thanks for posting it.

It seems that patterns with prominent eyes are big in South America. Do you find that they make a big difference in how the fly performs?

Charlie.

I'm also wondering if the prominent eyes are more effective. I ask because at one time here on the west coast of the US prominant eyed flies were all the rage (for example the Optic series of Jim Pray and the various bead chain eyed boss style flies from the 20's and 50's.

Charlie, in effect the prominent eyes, many times, make the difference between fish or not.

Regards,
Patagonian
