Question Scent on Flies

I was thinking it might be fun to catch a catfish of two on the fly. Has anyone ever tried adding scent to theirs?

You don't need scent to catch catfish on flies. They are quite aggressive and will hit baitfish imitations if you get them far enough down in the water column. I've caught them incidentally while river fishing for smallmouth bass.

I heard the same thing that Scott did about catfish in Quebec. I also heard the Ottawa river is good for Cats on a fly rod.
