G Loomis 10 ft 3 weight reel and line

10 Ft. 3 weight G Loomis IMX rod, model FR1203IMX. This is a Factory rod, in Excellent codition. Comes with a System one 456 reel , extra spool and Ultra weight forward line. Also comes with an rod case that allows the reel to be on the rod. This is in addition to the factory rod case.
This is the finest dry fly and light Nymph rod I have ever used. My Metolius rod.

I now live west of the Mountians in Washington so doubt I will use it again. I am asking $450. Would consider a trade for the right Spey rod.

email me eskilly@msn.com

I can send photos.

Loomis 3 weight

Ok my wife is out of the hospital and I now have time to devote to selling this outfit.

All you Metolius guys, this is the ultimate Metolius rod. Light enough to protect a 6X tippet yet it has enough backbone to wear out a Bull or large Bow.

OMG!!!

Giving up the 10' 3 weight????? Never thought i'd see the day!! but for the Burkie I just bought (8139), i'd offer... Some's gotta pick that one up.

Sorry to hear your wife was in the hospital. hopefully nothing serious? hope you are doing well? The Cow treating you well?? Finally picked up steelies on the swing, on the spey, a couple weeks ago - 5 lb hen, 7 1/2 lb hatchery buck. on one of my "custom" spey flies. a real blast. hoping to get back in a week or two.

Take care!

MIke

Thanks Mike

The wife is doing fine now. Its a little over a week since the surgery and she is up and around pretty good. She`s not ringing the bell for me to wait on her near as much.

The Cow has been treating me just fine until all this rain. right now its pushing alot of junk down because it just jumped to 8000 fps.

Let me know if you get a chance to come up this way and we will go get our feet wet. See if that Burkie can catch a fish.

Trying to sell the 3 wt to fund a light spey rod for summer runs. Thought I might get one of Meisers Light long rods. Or trade it for a 7wt. Seeing as how its already Metolius trained maybe I`m not asking enough.
