small catarafts

does anyone own a whitewater fab. cat or any quality cat and have recamadations? looking for a good ten footer

I've got the bucks bag 'bronco' - it's definitely a one-man drift boat. I love it, but since moving from the pacific northwest I use it a lot less than I used to. It's 9ft vs 10 I believe but seems plenty for what use it for - getting from pool to pool on rivers or crossing to fish from shore.

I plan on deploying it on more rivers this year.

I have a 12' white water capable Cat that I put together myself. It has 12' tubes that are from jacks plastic and a frame from blackbear. Its is really stable, I can even stand up and cast without fear of it tipping fore/aft. The tubes are long enough that I can add another frame to it for a 2 man-er. I also fabricated a anchor system similar to what a drift boat would have.

If your looking for a good raft, try looking at dave scadden boats. I have a 10' has great light weight frame, with excellent standing and storage racks, also lean against fishing bar. Tubes are same as Aires boats. Excellent capacity and white water rated. Best I could find on the market, with good price. Mad
