Isla Margarita fishing inshore?

Hi!
Did anyone try it? Mainly I mean flyfishing? Are there any fees for flyfishing from a beach or you just can go to the water and fight ...
Thank you for all informations.
Greetings from Polan!

Did you have any luck fly fishing at Isla Margarita? I have been to El Yaque there to windsurf but have never seen anyone flyfishing. Locals with homemade wooden spears, yes, but no fishing poles sighted.
