beginner's styff

hi to all,
i am about to move to norway and i saw that there was a great potential for SWFF, i am now looking to get some gear here as it is twice as cheap as in europe. i was considering a redington outfit. could anyone tell me what this is worth and if i can tackle sea bass, sea trouts, polack and cod with it.
thanks for your help. my biggest problem is to find an affordable reel that can handle salt water and has a good drag system. if you have any sugeestion...
again thank you.
