Nice bend in that rod, Jim. How big was the fish? We were coming off the water when you all were heading out on the Ryder, We saw you bolt past sorry we didn't get to fish with you again this spring. Catch you sometime though.

I have a question. Why when I attached my pictures did it post as a file to be opened and not a picture in the post?

Great picture. It makes me hungry for some Cape fishing.

I really envy you guys who are able to fish that area with any degree of regularity.

I am checking out my night lamp for the Middleside....moving toward summer conditions...my pool temp is in the middle 70s...swim and brewkies during the day...fishing at night...long wait for the fall run...should be a good Bluefin and Albie season ...my super expedited T&T repair should be here in 3 more weeks..one wet wading trip with FredA on the Bayside and then I need to start looking for Slinger and begin tying up some Mushmouths

Mark, once you get your yak you'll forget about the Cape. Just think you don't have the Cape traffic.

Incredible day on the flats for sight fishing today! Winds were at a minimum all day, and visibility was really good; those days are far and few between. Lots of schoolies and good looking pods/singles on the early incoming, tons of blues just before high tide. The big fish are definately arriving, got two 34ish" fish. The second was from a 3 member pod, of which I missed setting the hook on the biggest fish, definately 35-40" range; I was lucky to get the second chance at them.... Good day for coming down with the 24 hour bug
