Rip Trip - June?

Ok, put your heads together and lets pick some days in June when we can do a Rip trip. I have been looking at the tides and as far as weekends are concerned the best outgoing looks to be around the 18th and 19th...But we should look to weekdays as well. Planned far enough and with good luck with weather we can get one in or two. This post is looking for the best days in June. Once the dates are determined we will have a sign up.

Hey John how's it going ? rip trip now your talking .What is the ideal tide configuration ? High tide early to mid morning to fish the ebb? I was checking for some low tides with minus numbers but for June they all seem to be early am lows, the 18th and 19th seems to be the best for the morning flood.I 'm ready and able when ever the date is confirmed.

John, early a.m. flood seems to be the best to setup the rip. Let us know what you think in terms of dates. As early as Thursday, June 16th, would work, with a hi at 7:27 a.m. Let us know your thoughts, and then we'll go from there.

Thanks for taking the initiative again.

I might have 2-5 who could be enticed on a weekday between 6/6 and 6/8.

Depending on the date, I would be interested, even if a weekday.

Hi Rooster,

I like any of those dates... I'll be in Chatham from 5-28 to 6-10.

Please add me to the list. Weekday or weekend. I have yet to make one due to the weather.

Any more consideration for dates in June. With Big Bros. etc. and other obligations... should we shoot for any dates in early June. we have a large UK group as well during the early June and might squeeze two or three trips in three days..otherwise it looks like the 16, 17, 18 or 18...please confirm that I have this correct. I will call Keith Today about any of those dates.... shoule our first date be the 16th? then go from there

John

I'm sure most (all) of the UK party would be up for a trip, if it's numbers you are looking for?

I would love to be involved with this one. I will be on the Cape with my father, JimS, from 05/28-06/7. If it happens to fall between those dates please count me in.

Once again, I can only do weekends (except June 11/12), so the 4th/5th or 18th/ 19th would work best for me. I have yet to discover a way to examine a patient while wearing waders and carrying a rod in one hand.....and hopefully landing a keeper with the other.....
