Spring Clave Sat Dinner Plan

Options are cookout at the Gazebo -or- negotiate a group feed for a fixed price somewhere local.

If cookout:

Appetizers:
littlenecks on the coals
chips, salsa
veggies

Main Meal:
Marinated Steak Kabobs (same recipe as last year)
Rice Pilaf
Baked Beans
Salads (green, potato, cole slaw, macaroni, etc)

Dessert:
Estes Cobbler maybe? BTW we had it at Acklins!
Cordials

Most likely about $20 per diner (like last year)

If we do the cookout I'd be happy to do a cobbler.

I can cook again...

I'm planning on attending, I'll probably bring a bunch of marinated shrimp for the Barby. I'll be happy to help out cooking at the grills again. I think they have some for use there at the Stone horse. I hope so cause I only have a mini webber grill for camping.

I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone and getting out on the water.

Cheers,
Greg.

It looks as if Ian will be making the trip this year as well. He's a working man now so he'll need to clear it with the boss. I'm sure he'd like a cot but he's a young buck and can sleep on the floor if need be. I'll likely bring some cookies or something as well.

How many grilles did we fire up last year? We'll bring enough charcoal to stoke four and any left over we can donate to the motel.
