I am hoping for a downstream wind next week. Not only will a sou-wester be warmer than a nor-easter, but it'd also mean I won't have to cast right-hand-up at Wester E.!
Water levels nice just now

Fish Scotland are considering board sponsorship.

1" and 1.25" tubes in copper and aluminium should cover it.
I'll txt you water heights next week.

Merci!! all for your advice, techniques, fly choices and different views...

I am a beginner and will add all your notes to my (emergency river notebook)!!!

(sounds so easy!!

But, it's coming with practice.......

I'm not climbing trees anymore in early June.

I have left to work on casting to the fish gracefully and not around my neck ....

A fish on, alone with my spey rod.... ( if you hear screaming!!! It's me!!)

Keep'em in the water!!

The question is: Did Topher hook one of these fish? And if so, I would ask him what he did.

I would single spey, allow the belly to speed up the fly, and probably use a green stone; size 8.

Single Spey or a Snake (to get everything airborn) from below standing in the rapids using a # 2 or 4 BROWN Bomber
