Exclamation Killer Flies Fundraiser

It's snowing here - that doesn't exactly conjure up thoughts of fish tugging on the line, but here's something that might.

Thanks again to everyone who donated files and The Bear's Den for donating fly wallets.

Special thanks to Slinger for organizing and collecting all the files, you'll find some of his ties in this bunch. There are some really nice flies in this bunch, not the type of stuff you find in the stores. What you've got here is local knowledge on a hook.

Let's start the bidding at $45. Proceeds go toward paying the site operating costs. Like I always say - bid high and bid often. I'll pick up the cost of shipping.

Talking

Another newbie here. Just got my new spey rod (loop black, 8 wt, 12ft 4in) and reel. Got it to fish for stripers in the Kennebec (after I learn to cast better). Don't have any striper flies yet, so this looks like a good opportunity to get some good ones and serve a good purpose at the same time.

$110.00

I 'm putting in a bid of $150 for those beauties. Would like to try those out this season, Starting at the spring Clave. Hope we remembered to sign up for a campsite at Washburn Island for the Boneclave already this year.

Greg.

Gone!

Thanks to everyone who bid, Slinger for putting the flies together and everyone who contributed flies to the cause. This is a great set of files as is, add the deep eels and JM creations and it's truely a killer set.

Greg, I've sent you a pm - and thanks a bunch for contributing to the site.
