A few photos from the weekend!

I can't think of a better way to end a steelhead year. Here are a few photos from Saturday with my 'little spey buddy'.

#1- Fishing away on a COLD morning.
#2- Starting to get somewhere with casting! (Finally)
#3- Luck on his side!
#4- Getting close to gettin' him!
#5- One more run!
#6- Prize in hand!
#7- What a ham!
#8- 38F water is cold on little fingers! (But worth it)

William

FANTASTIC! Passing the torch is the best thing we can do beside protecting the resource, in fact they achieve the same goal.

It's hard to look at all this boundless youthful enjoyment without feeling a little ourselves!

Thank you for posting these images.

Smile

Truly too good not to share; thanks! When I figure out how to insert pictures, I'll show my son's first steelhead on a fly from two weeks ago on the Methow River: miles of smiles. I bet Inland was smiling as much if not more than his little spey buddy. I know I was.
